Anti-Plagiarism Policy
Anti-Plagiarism Policy
The Orange Journal maintains a firm commitment to academic integrity and ethics in scientific
publication. To guarantee the originality of the manuscripts evaluated and published, the journal
adopts a strict anti-plagiarism policy that is aligned with the best international practices in editorial
ethics.
All authors submitting a manuscript to Orange Journal must sign a statement of originality,
certifying that the article is completely original, that it has not been previously published in any
other journal or medium, and that it is not under simultaneous consideration in another
publication.
In addition, each manuscript is subjected to a similarity check process using the Turnitin Similarity
Check software, a service provided by Crossref. This procedure allows identifying matches with
other sources and determining the level of originality of each document.
If a high similarity index or evidence of plagiarism is detected, the manuscript will be rejected
immediately and the authors will be notified. In case of detection of partial plagiarism or selfplagiarism,
clarifications or corrections will be requested before continuing with the editorial
process.
The Orange Journal, supported by Primmate Publishing, promotes transparency and respect for
copyright, ensuring that all published articles meet the highest standards of originality, reliability
and academic ethics.
